Shhh! Can you be very quiet? High up in the Whispering Woods, inside a snug and cozy cave, a little bear cub named Barnaby is fast asleep. Barnaby played all day, chasing butterflies and splashing in the cool stream, and now he is warm and dreaming sweet dreams. He is curled up so tightly that he looks like a happy, fluffy brown ball!

Outside Barnaby's cave, the silver moon is shining brightly, and tiny, twinkling stars are playing hide-and-seek in the night sky. The forest is peaceful and silent, except for the soft rustle of leaves as they sing a lullaby just for him.

Barnaby’s cave is lined with soft green moss and dry leaves to keep him warm. He is completely comfortable and won't wake up until the golden sun peeps over the mountains in the morning. Let’s color this peaceful scene so Barnaby has a beautiful, colorful dream!

• Main Character: What color is little Barnaby the bear? You could use a warm, fuzzy light brown or maybe even a deep chocolate brown for his soft fur. For his little sleeping nose and paws, a soft tan or pink would look very sweet!

• Background Elements: The cave is made of big, strong rocks! You can color them in different shades of gray or dark brown. Don't forget the soft moss inside the cave – bright green will make it look extra cozy.

• Sky & Ground: Outside the cave, the night sky is beautiful. Try coloring it a deep, calm dark blue or purple. Make sure to leave the big moon and all the stars shining brightly with yellow or white!

• Fun Art Challenge: Can you draw some tiny, colorful flowers or tiny sleeping fireflies around the entrance of Barnaby’s cave? You could also color his tiny tail a fluffy white color!
