Blast off into a cosmic adventure! Meet Commander Leo, the cheerful astronaut who loves exploring the great wide universe. Today, Commander Leo is on a very special mission floating high above his home, the bright blue planet Earth. He looks out of his helmet window and sees the beautiful moon sparkling nearby. It's so quiet and magical in space!

Commander Leo is so happy to be exploring that he can’t help but give a big wave. Look at him go! He’s floating gently in zero gravity, waving hello to the stars and all the friendly aliens that might be watching. He feels like the luckiest astronaut ever to see such amazing sights.

He can see the white swirly clouds on Earth and the dusty, cratered ground on the moon. "What a wonderful day for a spacewalk!" thinks Commander Leo. He hopes you enjoy coloring his incredible journey as much as he enjoys exploring it!

  • Main Character: Let's give Commander Leo a dazzling suit! A bright white spacesuit is classic, but you could use a cheerful light blue or even orange to make him pop! For his friendly visor, try a sunny yellow or a reflection of the blue Earth.

  • Background Elements: The Earth is a masterpiece! Use swirly blues for the oceans and rich greens for the land, with white clouds. For the moon, use soft grays or perhaps a light tan. And don’t forget to make the stars sparkle with yellow or gold!

  • Sky & Ground: The background is the deep, wide space! Fill it with a beautiful dark blue or black to make all the stars, Earth, and moon look extra bright.

  • Fun Art Challenge: Can you add some tiny, colorful aliens hiding behind a moon rock or peering out from a spacecraft to wave back at Leo?
