Towering Sunflower Coloring Page

Deep in a sunny green meadow, a tiny seed named Sunny decided to reach for the sky. Every morning, warm golden sunlight tickled Sunny's leaves, helping him grow taller, taller, and taller! Before long, he was the tallest, friendliest flower in the whole field.

Sunny loved looking out over the meadow from high above the grass. Friendly little ladybugs climbed his sturdy green stem, and sweet bumblebees buzzed by to tell him funny stories about their morning adventures. With a bright smile across his big round face, Sunny greeted every creature that passed.

Whenever a gentle breeze blew across the hills, Sunny would sway back and forth in a cheerful little dance. He made sure every small flower and buzzing bug felt warm, welcomed, and happy under the bright summer sky.

• Main Character: Color Sunny’s big round center with a warm chocolate brown or deep gold. Make his large petals shine with bright canary yellow, or try a warm orange-yellow to make him look extra sunny!

• Background Elements: Use a fresh lime green or meadow green for the tall leafy stem, rolling grassy hills, and visiting bumblebee wings.

• Sky & Ground: Fill the sky with a soft baby blue, and color the rolling ground with shades of rich grass green to show how high Sunny reaches into the air.
